  1. I would just love this. I’m old and tired and almost blind. I’m sick of worrying
how and what to eat every night and
totally sick of cooking and putting
myself in danger using the stove.
This would be a godsend for me!

    • I don’t know if you’re in the USA but if you are, maybe you can order some. They are so back-ordered right now that I believe new orders are still saying they will take 10 to 12 weeks to ship, but better late than never right? We agree that Soylent will be ideal for so many folks like yourself. We have elderly family members who it is also ideal for at certain times (like when convalescing from an injury) and are really glad Soylent exists so that we can share some with them as needed. I hope you can get some soon!

  2. Very interesting! Finally sound nutrition that’s not complicated!!! I am very active and would just love this!

  3. How can I get a list of ingredients of Soylent? I’m interested, of course, but I also have a friend that this would be perfect for, but she has a LOT of food allergies and whether this would be good for her would depend on what it is made from.

    • You should be able to find everything you want to know at the Soylent website – soylent.me. I hope your friend finds that it would suit her! Also there’s been quite a bit of discussion about allergies and related things on the Soylent forums, so you might want to take a look there as well. Good luck!

  4. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING! It’s FRANKINFOOD! It is made with the cheapest, low quality ingredients! If you treated your car like you would treat your body by drinking this toxic stuff, your car would not be able to run. Canola oil is industrial oil, a cheap substitute. Sucralose is toxic, soy and soy lecithin (probably GMO), maltodextrin, dl-alpha-tocopherol (dl means synthetic), D2, cyanocobalamin, … do your homework … this is fake food. LEARN ABOUT REAL FOOD, RAW AND FRESH WITH ENZYMES, THE KEY TO LIFE. Buy local, grow something in pots of dirt if space is limited. Healthy cells for every body!

    • I think you might want to do a little research before you spout off like an idiot. We’ll eat what we want and don’t need your permission or approval. We are healthier than we have ever been and look forward to that continuing for a very long time. So… believe what you like, but that doesn’t make it true.

  5. Do you ever get requests for non GMO ingredient versions? Are the vitamins in the mix naturally sourced or chemicaly derived? Is it possible to get olive/walnut/sesame oil mix instead of canola? What type of fish oil do you use?

    • Just to be clear, Soylent is not our product, we are just customers of theirs and love it. You can find out more at soylent.me including information on the ingredients etc. There are many types of oil that can be added, and there has been a fair amount of discussion on the forum about this. We chose not to use fish oil in our blend, so we use just canola oil instead. Technically that makes it slightly short on certain Omegas, but they are easy to supplement if we feel the need.
